SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2018 - Age Limit, Qualification Details

 

Candidates willing to apply for SBI Clerk 2018 are advised to check the eligibility criteria to ascertain their academic and age qualification as asked by the examination authority State Bank of India (SBI). As per the SBI Clerk eligibility 2018, candidates must be between 20 and 28 years as on April 1, 2018 (date for calculating age may vary as per recruitment notification). Candidate must graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised University is eligible for SBI Clerk 2018. Candidates, who are not fulfilling the eligibility criteria of SBI Clerk 2017 recruitment, will not be allowed to appear in recruitment process. Highlights of SBI Clerk 2018 Eligibility Criteria

 

Age required for SBI Clerk 2018 – As on April 1, 2018 (may vary as per recruitment notification)

Date of Birth: Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1988 and not later than 01.04.1996.

Lower Age: Candidates must not below than 20 years

Upper Age: Candidates must not above than 28 years

Age Relaxation: The relaxation in upper age limit will be provided to reserved category candidates.

Additional Qualification

Candidates must have Knowledge of computer and also must have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in computer operations / Language / should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School /College/ Institute.

There will be relaxation in upper age limit given to reserved category candidates. The category wise age relaxation for applicants appearing in SBI Clerk 2018 is tabled below:

Widows, Divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands & who are not remarried

9 years (subject to maximum age limit of 35 years for General, 38 years for OBC & 40 years for SC/ST candidates)
